I need some help about makin' a mould for a voo event medallion. Anyone ever make a mould or know of someone that does it at a reasonable price?

Sand cast will be too rough for a medallion if you want the quality I have seen at rendevous'. The ones I have seen, seem more to be investment cast, but that is just my opinion. There used to be adds in "MUZZLE BLASTS" in the classifieds for such medallions if my memory serves me correctly.

The process your looking for is the "investment" or "lost wax" process. It will reproduce the master wax in great detail. Unfortunatly this is a process that should not be even attempted by anyone who doesn't have the proper equipment.
Most of the foundries who do this type of work won't mess with a few pieces.
I would suggest that you contact some of the jewelers who make custom rings etc. in your area. They may know of someone who can make the pieces you are after.
A place specializing in trophies may also have something which will work.
