I’m looking for a fixed rear sight for a Lyman GPR .50, the one that came with my kit the base was over filed before I got it.
 
While it may not appear as original as you’d like, the Lyman 16AML is made to order for these rifles . If you go this route you may want to replace the front also with a bead . Lyman’s website will suggest the front sight they recommend for use with the 16.
 
If your sight is not too drastically "overfiled" you could lay a socket across the dovetail & give it a couple light raps & tighten it up.
