Hmmmm. 998 miles, says 15 hours drive. Would need to leave about 4:30 p.m. Friday to make it on time. Plus gas and potty stops.
Bet I have REAL steady hands for the shoot! What the heck, more coffee and nicotine will take care of that. Plus, I'll be a LOT warmer there!

Im over by Fort Polk/Leesville area.
I made a page for 18th century Louisiana reenactors on facebook as well.
Youre right down the road sorta from our range at Woodworth. We have a shoot there every 3rd saturday of the month. Patch n ball.
The farm is in Vivian and may try to come down on a long weekend on the farm. Could drop by my son’s place in Provençal on the way back.

Wish I wasn't so lazy, I could make Woodworth in 3 1/2 hours or less from the camp. We lived in Pineville in the late 70's early 80's, know the area well.
My brother lives in Alex and has a bar there. I’m going to go and spend the night with him one weekend so I can come shoot with y’all pretty soon.
