Ok I have the black powder bug bad :redface: my buddies mess around with reloading rifle & shotgun loads as well as other more detailed projects & I was always interested but not enough to get involved. But this blackpowder bug has me ready to dive in & play :stir:
I am looking for a 32 cal pistol barrel with a 7/8 outside, I know this is a large barrel size for a 32 cal, but I want to put it on my 45 as that barrel is pretty rough & that is the barrel outside size for that gun.
I googled barrel manufactures but didn't find much, Im guessing I'm looking for a shade tree barrel guy who will do a custom. I work in a machine shop & can do some basic stuff like shortening a barrel but we are a cnc shop & the boss gets excited if we spent half a day programing a mill when a Bridgeport could dovetail it in 15 minutes, too bad we got rid of our manual equipment 20 years ago !
Anyways, anyone out there I could send my old breach plug & barrel to get a replacement barrel in 32 cal. With a 7/8 hex ?
