I have a .50 Hawken traditions , the lock isn’t functioning properly. I change the mainspring it worked ok but it was binding , I took it apart parts look ok but shear seems to be worn , tumbler seems strike no bang. ?? Any suggestions ? Or is the Spanish made locks are not that good?

Can you post a close-up pic of the lock works?

(Spanish-made locks maybe not all that great, but good enough to work, so I don't think that's the problem).

What is a "fire lever"?
I took it to mean the blade that forms the part of the trigger above the trigger plate and/or the post on the sear that the blade contacts. Mine rubbed against the side of the inlet and I had to do some filing there to give it breathing room to move the post when the blade contacted it. Sorry, I don't know the actual technical terms for either.
