I’ve tried 3 different browsers, but it won’t open. Just sits and spins.

I have never had issues like this. Still not opening. I’ll try another device.
Do you know how to clear your browser cache? That's your most likely problem. My Mac OS Firefox is notorious for needing its cache cleared frequently. I probably have to do it several times a week.
For some reason, my internet provider via the router, I assume, is blocking it. Freaking communists.

Another way to try is click on the 3 dots at the upper right corner of your web browser, select " New in private window " then try to open the link. That will eliminate all of the garbage riding on the browser.
