I haven't lived in Oregon for years, but would sure attend this event. I used to be in touch with some of the Fort Umpqua outfit. By golly they built a replica of the fort at Elkton, along the river near where the original HBC fort once stood. Wonder if the folks from the Muzzleloading Emporium in Springfield are in on this.

I went to the Fort Umpqua Frontier Heritage Fair yesterday. They had approximately 30 booths set up displaying and or selling guns, supplies, blacksmith items, horns, furs and educational displays. I think for what it is, it was well attended. Here are a few photos for early Saturday morning.
