I've been playing in the outdoors for more years than I can remember. I got into living history and muzzle loading about 15 yrs ago and haven't looked back. It's been a great time for me and my wife as well as my kids. I look forward to chatting and perhaps meeting a few of you.

Al,

Welcome to the forum. I love that neck of the woods that you are from...roamed it myself as a lad. I'm sure you find many like-minded folks here and we'll all look forward to hearing from you.

Welcome to someone from familiar country! I spent 2 1/2 years stationed at Presque Isle AFB (probably doesn't exist anymore) in the early '60's. Except for being buried in the snow a lot of the time, we really enjoyed the country and people.
:hatsoff:

Hello deano

I spent 8 years at Loring in Limestone, thats how I found out about this wonderful place. Were you stationed in Limestone or in Presque Isle? Things have changed alot sine the early 80's I can't image what it must have been like in the 60's. Hope we can chat again sometime!
