Have an original Model 1842 musket with an 1850 date. I go about 6+ hours one way to an N-SSA match & don’t like the idea of wrapping it up in a moving blanket. Then, at the match getting from the camp site to range & back, look like Joe Stuff the rag man. Haven’t found an older goose gun case on eBay yet since it is 58” OAL.

Does anyone have an older goose gun airline case or a zippered padded case?

Regards,

Ace Case BMG66 will take my 64 Springfield with room to spare.

Well padded too.

Large Velcro pocket.
