UPDATE: Early Pedersoli, possibly from kit. This Brown Bess copy appears to be unfired. It's 41.5" barrel is finished in the white, as it should be. It has some patina. Bore is mirror bright and was very dusty, making me believe it has been a wall hanger. The breech has been milled and a touch hole drilled. Bore mics at .740". The lock is marked GRICE 1762 and Crown. Sparks very well. Stock is in very good condition with minimal handling marks. There is a spot where right butt picked up some paint(?). That'll buff right out. Incorrect tang screw. Should provide good service for French and Indian War through Napoleonic Wars reenactors. No waiting or sales tax. $800 + Shipping.
