I like Smokepoles. Why? Because I can make all the consumables myself. I like Flinters better than caplocks, and caplocks better than inlines.

That said, I am also no stickler for "Historicisity". I like my Stainless guns. I like coil springs. I like composite stocks and fiberoptic sights.

IMO George Washington would have given his wooden teeth and white horse for a few hundered "modern" flinters like the TC Firestorm.

If it makes a flinter work better, you won't see me complaining. :thumbsup:
