What flint size is best for the L&R queen Anne. I don't have the lock yet, but wanted to be prepared beforehand. I have some 3/4 x 7/8" English flints that I bought a while back from Track. They indicate that this size fits in "most" L&R locks. True?

3/4 X 7/8 will work OK in the Queen Anne. I actually prefer 3/4 X 3/4. Seems to have a better spark and less knapping.

I have had a couple of Queen Ann locks and found the 7/8x7/8 best if I could find them, home made spalls are good also and easier to make in the larger sizes sometime getting three usable sides.
