Is there anyone out there who knows how to make
a fire starting cannon ? and would give detailed plans on how it is made drawing or pictures are a plus

I think you might mean a firepiston. Do a search and you will find a bunch of info on it.
 
If you're thinking about Greek fire, no one has identified all the ingredients to this mixture.
 
DO you perhaps mean to ask about the incendiary cannons used by fireships during the rennaissance?
