Hello everyone. I have been wanting a black powder for a long time now and decided to finally crest the hill. So I have been doing a lot of research on black powder. Joining this forum is part of that research.

I am using the same username that I have on another forum so a couple of you should recognize me, LOL.

Well I have a lot of reading to do and I already have some questions so I will be starting a thread here shortly.

Welcome to the forum......
The slower pace is the reason I so dearly love BP shooting , and have for +/- 46 years now.
Dad & I & one of my Uncles were the only 3 in the family that preferred "load slow, shoot well" to bangbangbangbang, hey I HIT 1 !!
I'm the only one left and every time I take a smoke-pole out......I know my ancestors (and a Son that died @ 17) are there with me, enjoying my sub-par shooting.:)
