Here's a bag I designed in 1992 based loosely upon an original one I later found in Karl Z. Smith's book "Gettin the Lead Out."
Bag is made from 7/8 Oz grade #1 tooling leather. Was sewn with Victors waxed linen thread using a saddle stitch throughout.
Bag was dyed and then waxed for years of service.
Measures 5 1/2" by 6 1/2" with the plugs in. Thickness is 2". Will hold up to a .600 R/B and/or shot.
"O" rings and buckle are hand forged iron. Shot spout is solid brass.
Strap was woven by seller on an Inkle loom. Woven part is 36" by 3/4" and can be adjusted from 36" to 60".

Priced at $110.00 which includes shipping to the lower 48.

I like the double bags, as I liked the other goods that you made and offered here.
The brass stopper looks like a spout.
Is that side suitable or intended for powder?
Is the leather inside the flask hard and smooth, or more like suede?

Hi.
The brass spout will accommodate either powder or shot. Like all my bags the inside is the rough side of the hide and hard.

These are nice bags and are made really well. I bought one of these without the spout and it is really nice. The spout is a nice touch for those using shot.

Great as always. I really like looking at your workmanship. VERY good

I have carried one of these for years; shot in one side, round balls in the other. Cutfingers does great work. I wish mine had the new French brass spout!
