YOU JINXED OUR CLUB SHOOT, DANGIT!!
Saturday at our monthly shoot: everyone (cap shooters) popped a cap before heading over to the line....EXCEPT ONE GUY.
That One Guy did Not pop a cap but said he did wipe a swab down the barrel.

Guess what happened?
Yup, that One Guy could Not get his rifle to fire. After a few caps he borrowed my rod and a puller and unloaded.
Ball and patch seemed dry, powder was packed Solid but what eventually came out seemed dry (probably 'packed' from the caps he waisted and...maybe some oil or such the wipe didn't clear)

Would a single cap have shown him there was a problem? Maybe.
Would a single cap have cleared the channel and he would not have waisted the additional caps trying to fire? Maybe.

Personally: I think you Jinxed him by starting this thread.
