This rifle has been a wall ornament since it was sold new many years ago and has never been fired. It is from a group of muzzleloaders I bought from an estate of a gentleman who had them displayed on the wall of his home office. 50 caliber, excellent condition, mirror bore. $300 plus shipping.

Can you confirm the twist rate?
From the photo it looks like a very fast twist. If it is a round ball twist I am definitely interested.

All of the CVA Hawken barrels that I have are 1 in 48. They are very accurate barrels with round ball in my experience.
