SOLD CVA 50 cal. Hawken/Frontier rifle kit

CVA 50 caliber rifle kit, 28" barrel. No markings on barrel except serial number and what's in the picture. Not sure if it's an early US made kit or Spain, doesn't say. Some type of Hawken style or Frontier model. As far as I can tell the only parts missing are the two under-rib screws, front sight base (blade is there, no base), and one trigger guard screw. $300 + shipping. No, not the original. It came in a plain carboard box when I got it at an estate sale.

That is a damn fine lock for an old CVA rifle.

I was expecting some first generation bridleless lock with a screw adjustment in the tumbler.

Looks like the Plainsman. The Pioneer has the cheaper lock and the St. Louis Hawken kit has a crescent butt and a patchbox.
