Size is Large 7 1/4. I only used period correct materials to craft this hat. Hat liner was hand sewn with cotton thread and liner is made out of a 100% cotton calico liner from an 18th century pattern. The hat itself was sewn with beeswax waxed linen thread. Fur is very thick and still has its guard hairs. It is a lovely blonde brown and black racoon pelt. Liner was attached inside out so no seams are shown, a lot of time and work went in to this hat to use pc materials, would make a nice Christmas present to someone or yourself.
