Buckles come with the shoes. I wear a size 11 but these are a size 10 which fit me perfectly. These shoes were made in Canada and the vendor told me that they had to have a rubber heal by law. The left shoe has a cut on the instep that is not all the way through. I never noticed it until today. Make offer
