Ok guys, I goofed up badly enough working on the stock of a Chambers PA Fowler, I've moved on in life and started working on a new kit.
To make the goof up sting a little less, I'm selling the lock, barrel, and all the additional bits and pieces that came with the kit.
The barrel is a Rice smoothbore octagon-to-round .58 caliber/24 gauge. I bent and filed the breech plug when inletting the stock, so I'm also including a spare, unmodified breech plug I bought directly from Rice.
The lock is Chambers round faced English.
I'm asking $750 shipped for everything pictured. That's the value of the barrel and the lock. Everything else and shipping is essentially free. Would prefer to sell it all together.
EDIT: To make it more interesting, I'll throw in the stock if you want it. It's a cherry stock. I got very carried away chiseling the breech and tang which are both way too deep now. This will need to be addressed, but it's a free stock if you want it. Basically a complete Chambers PA Fowler kit for $750 shipped.
