I’ve seen them at The Quartermaster General and Smiling Fox Forge. I think Crazy Crow might sell them. I found them by putting “18th Century forged iron buckles” in google search. Then clicked on images. You can often see merchants name in the photo
Townsends has some nice brass ones.
Now that you mention, I remember her seeing some on crazy crow that looked pretty good.
