Looking for a Brown Bess (short land model preferred) or Charleville (I believe it’s the 1766 model) I’d rather not buy from India because I don’t really have the time or no-how to tinker with it if it doesn’t work.(unless you are experienced with it, worked on it, and can prove it works well) I have no problem with, and would be happy to pay for one in rough shape if it’s cheaper. I’m a broke college kid. It will be used for many purposes including education. Thanks lads!

I have my brother's Pedersoli Brown Bess, which I am selling for his widow.
It was always well-cared for, and comes with a second range rod, and several pounds of round balls (they will ship separately in a flat rate box).
I am looking for $800 plus shipping (which will be high, because the gun is so long).
If seriously interested, I can send pictures.
We are going on a color tour in New England this week, and I was not going to list this until we got home next weekend, but If you are interested, we can get this started now.
Thanks,
--Prairie Dawg
