Chambers measure just a hair north of 23/64. 0r .359 .

best mold size for that?

Making a cylinder press for loading both the .44 and .36. Am hoping to add a spot for .31 soon
 
What's the barrel land to land diameter and what's the groove to groove diameter. Unless the chamber and the groove diameter are close, the ball can't expand into the grooves. No hope for accuracy in that case.

Measure at the mouth of the chamber to a half ball diameter (0.375") deep.
