Possibly by JP Gunstocks?
I remember reading a review article in an old Muzzle Blasts magazine about JP Gunstocks of Las Vegas making a JJ Henry model when they were in business. I have one of their long rifles called The Classic; it has a small shield around the letters JP stamped near the breech behind the calibler stamp.
