Another newcomer to this forum

Hello to all. Capt. Vee here, currently abiding in the mid-Atlantic colonies. Born and bred to the flintlock and flintlock only. I carry a 20 ga. smoothbore and a .50 cal long rifle and enjoy running through the woods after deer, grouse and turkey. Also like shooting matches at the local range and dressing up funny in 18th century garb; with all of that goes an deep interest in French and Indian Wars and the Rev War.

Currently looking for a new rifle, .50 cal, from either the Lancaster School, Lehigh Valley or Emmitsburg.

Nice to be here. Looks like a warm place to be.
