Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.
We have partnered with the NRA to offer you a discount on membership and Muzzleloading Forum gets a small percentage too of each membership, so you are supporting both the NRA and us.
I am going to try it in the CVAs. I picked the mold up cheap and in good shape. Just found a pair of old Lee handles and a Max's 54 mold #119 @ the local gun Again in good condition. We will see.
FYI - The 6 cav. .526 Lee molds are in at TOW. I had requested notification upon arrival however none was sent. I happened to catch it on their website last week and placed my order.
My new 6 cavity Lee .526 mold arrived today and I have already thrown a few down range. Balls from this mold have virtually no sprue and while I usually load sprue up these are so small I will experiment with these to see if orientation makes any difference with accuracy.
The initial group at 50 yards out of the Rice barrel is looking promising. This was a hunting load of 110 grains Swiss FF, .015" patch and mutton tallow lube.
