Nice. Smoked quite a bit meat from one like that last year. Surprisingly mild and tasty. Passed on a few larger ones this year while archery hunting. Took a fairly large one a few years ago and was more than disappointed in the meat, plus I wound up getting my arrow and broad head destroyed. Using modern archery tackle that was well over a $30 lesson. Landowner wants them gone, so will take them when I have something that goes boom in my hands.

I have found using a brine for a week
Works great on larger hogs
1 gal Apple cider vinegar
1 lb salt
1 quart lemon juice
Water and ice
Drain water when needed add ice

Turns out like store bought pork
