Traded into this. Seems like a nice copy of the shorter 6.5” barreled Navy Remington. Date code is from 1966. I haven’t fired it or played with it. I did run a patch down the bore and it’s clean and smooth. Asking $390.00 shipped in the lower 48. It’s up to you to know your local laws.

I am new to black powder, please excuse my simple questions.

As a 1863 Navy would this be a .46 caliber?

Where does the pistol have Uberti markings? The underside of the barrel?
These are also known as 1858 Remington New Model Navy. The Navy is a 36 caliber, the Army a 44. The original was made in 1863 and patented in 1858 and was stamped on the revolver. Thus getting its name The 1858.

Yes 36 and marked Uberti under the loading lever on the bottom flat of the barrel.
