Hey all need some help as to who may have manufactured this rifle. I’ve attached a photo of pretty much the only barrel marks except a simple 1861 and “Cabelas” on the upper barrel and the bottom reads Cal 58-3 1/2 drams black powder only. From what I gathered online BD looks like a date code for 1994? And PN is just a black power proof. I got nothing else to go on.

Those are Italian proof marks next to the SN and you got the year code correct,,
That V P w/logo on the other flat would be the makers mark, but I'm stumped,,
