Here is the before picture of my 1841 42 PDR scale model I made from William Greens plans back in 1984.
I decided it was in need being refurbished.
Here's what the was done in Refurb.
1. Chain and rings added to cap keys.
2. Breech rope shackles added.
3. Shooting platform built.
4. Rope tackle for training block and breech rope made.
5. Vent opened to 3/16 for straw quill.
6. Carriage painted.
7. Barrel inspected and repainted.
8. Trunnion welds ground out.
9. Markings stamped.
