Probably isn't but it reminds me of a Tower kit I built back in the 70's. Your pistol has a different grip cap and the muzzlecap does not seem to go to the end of the barrel but the rest of it looks like a CVA Tower pistol kit. It'll be interesting if you can ID it.

The only markings I've found so far are the "Tower 1869" on the lock, A Crown marking behind the hammer with what looks like TR or VR. In front of the hammer is a smaller Crown with a broad arrow mark below it. The barrel has several Crowns on the left breech side.
