    Pedersoli Howdah Tuning

I have two Howdah´s, both .20 Caliber. I read that some of you guys own this gun, too. Several shooters here had excellent ideas for tuning the pedersoli kodiak. So what can be done about the Howdah? At the present time I just polished the triggers otherwise the guns are unchanged.

    Bullet Casting and Moulds

Thank you for the answers. I feel that bullets for precision muzzleloaders and bpcr are close together. And a lot of designs that look and sound logically don´t work at the range. If you look at the people that won the matches - they often use what has been used since a few hundred years...

    Bullet Casting and Moulds

I hope it is right to post this in the accuracy department. I ve got two questions: Is it right that RAPINE moulds are no longer available because the company closed? They say Mr. Rapine retired bit I found no proof for this information. My questions belongs to the shape of bullets. At the...

    New Kodiak .72

I am also a 72 Kodiak owner and we talked about the gun in this forum a few months ago. I like it a lot. A pal from this forum equipped his Kodiak with a diopter sight, an excellent idea. At the present time I don´t have it on my gun because I could not find a proper sight but I feel its a...

Pacific Rifle Zephyr + African Zephyr

The 8 gauge african zephyr will cost nearly 3000 USD, really a lot of money. and even the 12 gauge isn´t cheap. However, in 12 they use 250 Grains (nearly 10 drams!!) blackpowder to propel a patched round ball to 1900 fps ... that really a lot !!! I don´t think that a single gun ever made...

Pacific Rifle Zephyr + African Zephyr

There is a single barrel underhammer "rifle" with smooth barrel and only a kind of paradox choke near the muzzle. It made in Gauge 20, 12 and 8. Does anyone own such a gun or used it ? By the way, they use 12 Gauge round balls and received a muzzle velocity of 1900 fps with 250 Grains (!!!!!)...

    Pedersoli Kodiak .72 question

Hello, again. First of all: No, I´m not a hunter. Where I live (germany) a hunting license is not quite easy to get; it´s expensive and an expensive “education” is needed with a lot of things to learn that not really belong to hunting. Germany is a small country with lots and lots of people...

    Pedersoli Kodiak .72 question

Hello, Friends ! Kirrmeister told me about this fine forum and I´m with you quote for a while. However, my english is not the very best and so I like to apologize before I write further. I ´m “playing” around with slug loads since 1992, when I wanted to do some paper punching with my brand...
