    Will bullet vs ball make a difference in windage when shooting a Navy Arms Zouave? I am shooting a Lee Minnie and a traditional type Minnie (Lyman?) that shoots about half a dozen inches to the right at 50 yards with 70 grs of FFg.     Just got one of these at an auction. Never had one before and wonder if they aren't supposed to have a nipple for musket caps? This one has a nipple for #10s or 11s. Inquiring minds ya know.

    44" swamped colerain barrel

    Like the title says that is what I have come in possession of, Colerain barrel in .36. It is a barrel and that's all there is to it, not vent, sight dovetails, nothing but the barrel. I have never built a rifle before but have put some kits together and this looks to be a whole nother animal...

    Anyone know of any shoots, gatherings near Magnolia, Texas? We had a club with Bayou Rifles but club politics saw to it that would fail so I'm looking for a group to shoot with.
