With the correct dimensions, including the frame and cylinder? I sure would. No safety markings would be great too.
Won't happen, remingtons work too good. People like tinkering. That is why the colts are so popular. Your never finished because there is always a problem with them to be fixed.

Not sure what you’re driving at? My Colts run just fine. This would just make a really nice little revolver available to us enthusiast types. Remington sold around 18,000 of the Police models, I’ll bet Uberti could sell that many in a month.

Colts don't run just fine, their cap jam o matics. You have to do all sorts if things to mitigate it and still need some acrobatics of the wrist to help. My remington works flawlessly, better then my ROA. For every 1 Colt that works there's 200 that dont. People want to satisfaction of FINALLY getting their Colt to run, hence the popularity. Remington is boring in that regard

Those are elegant looking guns! I’m more of a Colt guy but one of those would find a way to me.

I do like my target 58 Pietta but could never really warm up to the Remington (long necked) grip frame shape as compared to the 1860 Colt.
The 51 grips feel to short in my medium hands.
The best grip shape and size I have ever felt on any single action is the Ruger Bisley !

After having to deal with wedge issues on a like-new 2nd Gen Colt 1851, I have to agree.
Zero problems with my SS Uberti Remington.
I like how Uberti puts those on the bottom of the barrel.
Respectfully repeat after me. “ Nothing performs better than a ROA.”
Net time you’ll have you mouth washed out with soap.
There’s a reason Ruger modeled it after the Remington.
I wanted it too, but it falls short. The caps get hung up on the frame sometimes when the cylinder rotates. It happens way more than it should.
