If I think the listing description is disingenuous, I'm going to say what I think, and I have a free speech right to do so. It's not "bad mouthing", it's just expressing opinion.

well, crapping on someone's sell ad is bad form and on other forums would get you a 30 day time out for the first time then banned the second one.
you do have a 1A right to political expression but this is plain bad manners plus a violation of this forum's Guidelines that I'll quote to refresh your memory.
