I have a pair of leather strap knives. Antiques for sure. Make your own belts, straps or slings.

Very useful tools, which appear to be in good shape- they even have blades.
I already have a couple, including my grandfather's, or I'd be haggling.
Your price seems fair. I've seen individual strip gauges, often less a blade, like those for
that price
 
Used for slitting-off measured leather strips, very handy tool for leatherworking !
Great deal for a set of quality vintage tools.
