Here we have a 0.56” calibre, flintlock pistol by Henry Nock. The only part not original, is the ramrod. Although a private purchase piece (I think). It has a very feint Board of Ordnance stamp on the stock. It was once owned by Nat Hawke, apparently. I wish I could find out who he was. Thanks for looking.

Thanks for posting, an interesting pistol. Just a thought, did Nate put the plates on the stock to strengthen a crack or a break, or just as a place to put his name?
No visible cracks or damage, so I’m guessing, just. Decoration . As an addition, although private purchase(I think), it has a Board of Ordnance stamp. (Very feint)
