    So I took my trade rifle out last weekend. It had been loaded back on Nov10. I had often wondered how long you could lead a load in well I caped it and dropped the hammer! Dead on at 50 shot just fine!

    Well went back again today and guess what! Shot like a champ drilled the 75 yard shots and the 50 yard shots with no noticable drop! Looks like it was all me but after a couple range trips I have found my sight pic with this rifle and can hit a snuff can 2 out of three shots at 75! My free hand...

    Sight picture makes sense. In archery without using the same sight picture your accuracy goes to manure. Start grouping high then low or left then right or just everywere. Since I can hit a snuff can at 50 yards I feel comfy shooting that distance with the ML.I intend to get ALOT more range time...

    Hammer wont stay back unless I set the trigger before cocking it CVA Hawkin and its freakin driving me crazy! Any Help would be great! and its not the little screw inbetween the triggers also the rifle has worked fine for the yr I have had it.

    using my CVA Hawken with 250 grn conmical and 70 grn FFG. 35 yard shot hog dropped like a sack o taters dindt even twitch! qtrn away shot entered center ribs took out the lungs and poped out the other side just behind the shoulder! 150 pounds of sweat sow
