Loose Front Site Blade on Green Mountain Barrel

Lay about a 9/16ths socket across the dovetail & give it a light tap or two. Tap lightly & check fit often. It'll tighten the dovetail right up & the sight will fit like factory.

    T/C lock issue

When you take the lock out to check for function make sure the two small screws that hold the bridle plate on are good and tight. As for the hammer, that is the normal angle for a TC Hawken hammer.

And probably be a year or few down the road before even that happens. And stay on good terms with your bank if you think you might...

    CVA Mountain rifle Barrels

CVA had a 'button' tang and a square tang so, as long as their fitment to the tang is the same they should interchange.

FOR SALE .50 Investarms Carbine 23" barrel, Cabela's Charles Daly $395 + shipping

Pictures show two different rear sights so, which one is actually on the gun for sale?

    TC Hawken Tang

Most likely it's been refinished and in the process all the hot-melt glue TC used for 'tolerances' has been removed allowing the tang to drop farther down. Loosen the tang screws, insert the barrel, snug screws & see what ya got. If this works, remove the tang & bed it with some epoxy or J-B weld.
