    Alliant Black MZ

G'day all, Well, I have my flintlock and am enjoying learning how to use it. I have some fine-tuning ahead, but was able to kill a giant boar with my ninth shot (as in, at that stage I had only fired my flintlock eight times at termite hills, and then I found the boar). Dropped him in his...

    Alliant Black MZ

Yep, I absolutely would prefer to use the real stuff, if I could get it. And believe me, I will keep trying. But in the meantime, I really want to shoot! And this Alliant Black MZ has let me do that. I couldn't have gotten into the game without it. But I am plotting and scheming and planning to...

    Alliant Black MZ

G'day guys, Has anybody here actually used or tried to use Alliant Black MZ in a flintlock rifle? The company's product information says it can be done just fine. Just a bit of background on my situation: I have managed to source some real Wano 4F for priming, with great difficulty, but for...

Your range limits 45 vs 54 prb

For what little it's worth, I killed a donkey at 100m with my .54" PRB. That would be about my cut-off range, and not something I'd like to make a habit of. I did the job fine, but just a few too many inches off-target (still in the kill zone). Killed another at 80m, better. But the best results...

    The Secret River

The Secret River is an epic tragedy in which a good man is compelled by desperation, fear, ambition and love for his family to participate in a crime of inhuman savagery. Through the deeply personal story of early convict colonists William Thornhill and his wife Sal, The Secret River raises the...

Evening Hunt: First Pig / Sixth Donkey...

Mate, I hope you get that chui! Crossbows are legal where I live without any form of licence required. In other states, they are either illegal or require a licence. I reckon you should email Matt Graham from Hunt Australia, as he will know exactly what is required to bring your own weapons.
