Hi.
I picked up a parts gun from a local pawn shop.
It was a partially assembled kit for a Kentucky style pistol in flint. Naturally it doesn't have a complete lock. I was wondering if any of you folks know of a lock that fits the same profile as the ones CVA used. I would like to upgrade the lock if I can instead of scrounging around for a cva replacement
Thanks
Jim

will have the original/contemporary locks and all it's parts available.
They have no web site, you have to call during regular business hours.
L&R makes replacement locks, but they go for $140+
IMHO that expensive lock isn't worth it for the Kentucky pistol.
If it's a Flint lock get the Upgrade Frizzen from Deer Creek.
