I decided to leave the cap as is. Just polish it up. Looks great. Missing the percussion cap nipple. Not sure what size it came with, or what size percussion cap to
buy.
Bought the kit 25 years ago. Just refinished the stock. I decided to stain it this time. Never been shot.
 
Take the barrel with drum or just the drum to an Ace Hardware store and find a screw or small bolt that fits your threads. Then you know what size the threads are on the nipple. Another option if you know who made your gun is call Track of the Wolf and they can probably provide you with the correct size.
