Hello, all my name is Todd, and I am new to the board, I wanted to give you a quick background on myself. I have shot all types of firearms in my 58 years, lately though I really fallen in love with Black Powder revolver shooting I have several from the 1849 to the 1858 Remington and all types in between. I have been shooting them for about 5 years now and the last year I have really gotten into conversion type revolvers with the old cartridges loaded with black powder. I am really enjoying that. My favorite conversion so far is an 1851 Navy Kirst Conversion in 45 colt that Bill Kelly built for me. This revolver is a lot of fun to shoot and extremely accurate. So, I look forward to learning more from all of you on this board about the sport of Muzzleloading.
