I take the photo on my phone. When I'm done writing I hit the upload file below the writing area. My phone gives me a choice. My phone says "Take a Photo", "Photo Library" and "Browse". Pick the one that takes you to your photo and mark the photo. I use photo library. Return to your page and upload it.
