    I use butches bore shine on my GPR and also use a 45 cal brush and swag to get in the breach it seams to leave a thin film of oil on the steal also rub it on the outside of the barrel have not found any rust on a dry patch run down the bore just before I shoot it next and the bore looks clean...

    ok here is what I did I took it out and put it on a sheet and crushed it wit a roller but cant quite get it down to FFg without making most of it into FFFFFg so it is at I would guess F1/2g and then I mixed it with FFg should I be able to shoot the same loads as with FFg or should I cut it back...

    I went to get some powder the other day and when I got home I relized that he had given me a can of FFg and a can of Fg can I use the Fg in my 54cal GPR dont think I can return it and the only place that I can get powder is 2 hrs away thanks Gung

    that is a great explanation but I guess where I think that there might be a misprint is if you look at the results from elephant brand powder there is almost 2000psi difference between FFg and FFFg so in my thinking there should be approximately the same difference or more with Goex I could be...

    thats what I see to but if you look at the pressures for let's say a 24" barrel and the same loads you see a almost 5000psi increase for all loads which makes me wounder if there is a misprint not that it is terribly important to me but noticed it when my friend bought a 54Cal with 24" barrel...
