    Trade gun match

Gemoke, I talked with a shotgun shooter and he said if the gun is strong enough to shoot round balls you could do it.So many doubles are not made to shoot balls, the barrel walls are too thin and might not stand the pressure. Not my opinion just passing this along. George

    Fowler still shooting low...

As Mike was saying time to bend the barrel I was thinking of the little ol man that made the donuts and spit all over the screen. I would either put a rear site on it or do what some shooters do who will remain anonymous.Tie a piece of leather aroud the stock and barrel just about the rear...

    Touch Hole size

But like others have said you loose accuracy and make the gun loaded as soon as you dump the charge. Are you wanting to self prime or enlarge the touch...

    Buffalo Horn

When I have a very course shaped horn I first drill the spout. Then put a tap in that fits the hole and mount it in a vise .Then I take a draw knife and scrape and pull it into a useable shape then use a scraper or light files. It doesn't take lone to scrape one down. George

I would like to say that I have attended this match several times and always had a good time. The folks that put this one on are top notch . I use to drive 13 hours to have fun up there. The trip up to the range is well worth the trip. George
