It looks unfired but somebody clearly handled this gun before, there's some scratches around wedge and handling marks, Sheriff barrel missing loading lever and plunger. Everything works properly.

I have a Pietta loading lever that I think would fit that sheriffs barrel. It appears to be unused and I would sell if someone needed it for your pistol..
