You're getting there, just keep fiddling! We've got highs-peed visitors around here too, there's a pair who hang out around the Indian Lake entrance every year, all summer. Fun to watch them play 'silly buggers' with the coming home traffic. I'm so afraid they'll get hit but they seem to have it down to a science! Beep-beep-zoom!
 
My Traditions "Springfield Hawken", 1/66" twist absolutely loves 90 grns. FFF, .490 ball and .018 patch!
 
I've got one of these hawken woodsmans in a .50 and it's never been shot. It was hiding out in the back of my father's safe...looking forward to playing with it a bit this spring!
 
I am sure you will enjoy it, the adjustable sights are a real plus. When I got this one the last owner had the rear sight run all the way down. The elevation is right for 50 yards and the rear sight is up half way. :idunno:
