Anyone built this rifle from Track? This rifle is expensive, but looks like something I would like to build/own. I built a Track northwest trade gun last year and was happy with the results.
Your thoughts on the Harpers Ferry.

I've built two 1803 rifles from TOW. Both used their parts but one had the more correct lock from The Rifle Shoppe (Parts cast from an original antique HF rifle). They are not too hard to build although I had a little trouble matching up the ramrod to the hole in the stock because the under-rib was too tall. Lots of filing with a chainsaw file made it fit perfect. The pre inlet parts needed just a little inletting. The second rifle used the RE Davis 1803 lock which has small siler internal parts. Only other hard part was getting the front band (or cap) to fit well. (You have to make this from sheet brass) If you have built a rifle before you will have no trouble. A fun gun to shoot.

did you solder the underib on, or did you drill and blind tap it on.
I have been looking at one of them also

Jess at the Rifle Shoppe has the most PC Harper's Ferry rifles made today.

I screwed my ribs on.

If you want a set of plans. I still have a set (20 years old or so). I found them while cleaning out my shop a month ago.

PM me if interested.
